To secure a spot on our waitlist, fill out our Puppy Application Form below and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the purchase of your new puppy. The best way to submit your deposit is through Venmo, @rebeccamargolis. Your position on the waitlist will be determined by the time your deposit is submitted.
